Add all of the dry ingredients and the teabag to a pan. Pour a cup of boiling hot water over it and let it steep for a couple of minutes. Remove the teabag, then pour in the honey and the wine. Leave to warm up for about 20 minutes on a low heat, never allowing it to simmer.
